Took my child to this dentist, and the whole experience was great! The front desk receptionist with the glasses was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The dentist was also kind, patient, and made my child feel comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this office to others.

The lady at the front desk came off very snobby and rude like she didn't want to be bothered. She wasn't welcoming at all. The facility is nice and has tons of activities for the kids while their waiting. It's very kid friendly and the dentist was really nice. I didn't wait long and the visit was quick and easy. The only reason I gave it to star rating was because of the negative energy at the front desk. I probably won't be back, when I'm trusting someone with my child I want to feel welcomed the energy of the establishment important to me

I was at this place today. Great place, flthe front ladies were good. Everything went good until the doctor, i think his name was Alex came in. I did not appreciate how he talked to me. "Am not trying to be mean but..." thats already mean. I was here for a second opinion of my daughter's treatment plan. He went through everything and when he talked about extracting the two front teeth, i wanted to know what will happen next, i dint know they dont place anything aesthetic for the kids. Anyway he proceeded and told me if i like the other place better i can go back there. Good doctor, but very mean way of talking to me. I did not appreciate it, especially when this is a peds place.

Love this dentist! Everyone was friendly, from the front staff to the staff in the back. We switched to this dentist after moving/ having a bad experience at our last dentist. Dr Alex and his staff were so kind, they showed the kids the tools they were using, let them kids hold and use the tools as well. He was very informative and patient. My son happened to have a few cavities and Dr. Alex never put the blame on us, just gave us straight information and what we can do to help in the future. We are so grateful we made the switch!
